Accountant – Healthcare Finance (Abu Dhabi)

About the role

FertiClinic Fertilization Centre is looking for a detail‑oriented Accountant to join its finance team in Khalifa City, Abu Dhabi. The role supports daily financial operations, maintains accurate accounting records, and ensures compliance with UAE regulations for medical facilities.

Key responsibilities

• Log daily transactions and manage Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, invoicing, and collections.
• Process patient billing, insurance transactions, and other medical service entries.
• Perform routine bank, supplier, cash, and general ledger reconciliations.
• Assist in preparing monthly financial statements, management reports, and month‑end/year‑end closing.
• Maintain documentation for UAE VAT, corporate tax, and audit requirements.
• Coordinate with reception, clinical, and insurance teams to resolve billing discrepancies.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce or related field.
• Minimum 1 year of hands‑on accounting experience, preferably in a clinic or hospital.
• Strong understanding of UAE tax fundamentals (VAT and corporate tax).
• High level of confidentiality and professional integrity.
