Accountant

About the role

Ashra Tech is seeking an Accountant to join its team in Dubai. The role is ideal for finance professionals with 2–4 years of experience, especially those skilled in Zoho Books and property accounting.

Key responsibilities

• Handle daily accounting and bookkeeping using Zoho Books.
• Manage property accounting through Zoho Property Management.
• Process accounts payable, accounts receivable, invoices, receipts, payments, and expenses.
• Manage tenant billing, rental income, service charges, and supplier payments.
• Perform bank and account reconciliations and handle tax‑related tasks.
• Prepare financial reports, statements, and management summaries.
• Support monthly closing, payroll, and audit activities.

Required profile

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
• 2–4 years of finance/accounting experience.
• Hands‑on experience with Zoho Books; experience with Zoho Property Management is highly preferred.
• Knowledge of tax regulations and related documentation.
• Strong analytical skills, accuracy, and attention to detail.
