Accountant – Onsite in Dubai

About the role

We are looking for a diligent Accountant to join our Dubai team in an onsite capacity. You will support day‑to‑day financial operations, ensure accurate record‑keeping, and help maintain compliance with UAE regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and process invoices, receipts, and payment entries.
• Record and maintain financial transactions in Zoho Books.
• Support bank and ledger reconciliations.
• Assist with accounts payable and accounts receivable processing.
• Maintain accurate financial records and supporting documentation.
• Contribute to month‑end and year‑end closing activities.
• Prepare basic financial reports and schedules.
• Assist with VAT data preparation and UAE compliance requirements.
• Perform general finance‑related tasks as assigned.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years of experience in an accounting or finance support role.
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Basic understanding of accounting principles and financial processes.
• Ability to work under supervision, meet deadlines, and manage time effectively.

Required skills

• Hands‑on experience with Zoho Books accounting software.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
