Accountant - Payroll & Multi-Company Accounting

About the role

We are seeking an experienced accountant to manage high‑volume payroll and multi‑company accounting operations for a fast‑growing staffing group in Dubai. The role involves end‑to‑end payroll processing, intercompany reconciliations, and financial reporting across several business entities.

Key responsibilities

• Process payroll for 1,000+ employees, ensuring compliance with UAE WPS regulations and timely salary disbursement.
• Maintain accurate payroll records and perform payroll reconciliations for multiple entities.
• Prepare consolidated and standalone financial statements and manage inter‑company allocations and reconciliations.
• Oversee client invoicing, vendor billing, and ensure VAT‑compliant invoice preparation.
• Monitor accounts payable/receivable, follow up on outstanding payments, and support audit activities.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or related field.
• 5+ years of accounting experience, preferably in multi‑company environments.
• Hands‑on experience processing payroll for large employee groups and handling client invoicing.
• Knowledge of UAE VAT and tax regulations.

Required skills

• Proficiency with accounting software such as Tally, SAP or QuickBooks.
• Experience with bank reconciliation and inter‑company accounting.
• Strong command of English (written and verbal); Arabic is a plus.
