ACES Specialist – Ultra Fast Grocery Operations

About the role

Join a newly formed team that is designing and launching new business models across the Middle East for Amazon Now, the ultra‑fast grocery delivery service. As an ACES (Amazon Customer Excellence System) Specialist you will help shape the future of rapid delivery while building and operating a service that redefines how customers receive their orders.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end operations for a group of small delivery sites on a daily basis.
• Supervise last‑mile operations, ensuring customer‑facing metrics are met while keeping cost targets, safety and team morale in check.
• Drive performance management for team members, including coaching, feedback and performance reviews.
• Prepare and implement training and development plans for riders.
• Continuously improve the delivery process to achieve sustained performance gains.
• Conduct daily 4M and 5S audits at the delivery station.
• Act as stand‑in for the Area Manager when required.

Required profile

• Fluent in spoken, written and read English.
• High school diploma.
• Strong analytical mindset, attention to detail and effective communication abilities.
• Experience in managing or troubleshooting network‑related issues is a plus.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
