Acquisition Officer - Business Banking

About the role

The Acquisition Officer will drive new account acquisition and business development within Emirates NBD's Business Banking division. You will be responsible for expanding the client base, increasing revenue streams, and delivering high‑quality customer service while ensuring full compliance with regulatory standards.

Key responsibilities

• Proactively sell and cross‑sell banking products to meet monthly and yearly targets for new liability accounts, deposits, and ancillary services.
• Identify, target, and acquire new business accounts, maintaining a robust pipeline of prospects.
• Build and nurture strong relationships with existing and new clients, delivering tailored banking solutions.
• Conduct market research to uncover new business opportunities and adjust strategies accordingly.
• Ensure all activities adhere to bank policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements, maintaining accurate documentation.
• Collaborate with Group Marketing to execute timely campaigns and organise sales setups at strategic locations.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in business banking or sales.
• Strong sales and business development capabilities.
• In‑depth knowledge of banking products and compliance requirements.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
