About the role
The Department of Health Sciences at Zayed University seeks qualified candidates to teach nutrition courses, focusing on nutritional biochemistry, at its Abu Dhabi campus starting January 2027. Key responsibilities
- Teach introductory and advanced nutrition courses with an emphasis on nutritional biochemistry.
- Develop curriculum plans, facilitate class discussions, and assess student coursework.

Required profile
- Ph.D. or equivalent terminal degree in Nutritional Biochemistry, Nutritional Sciences, or a closely related field recognized by the UAE Ministry of Education.
