Admin/Receptionist/Call Center Agent – Abu Dhabi

About the role

United Al Saqer Group is looking for a proactive Admin/Receptionist/Call Center Agent to support multiple departments in Abu Dhabi. The role combines front‑office duties, administrative support and inbound call handling to ensure smooth daily operations.

Key responsibilities

• Provide administrative assistance to various departments and ensure efficient front‑office operations.
• Answer and direct inbound calls, greet visitors, and manage correspondence.
• Maintain records, schedule appointments and handle documentation using MS Office.
• Utilise CRM and telephone systems to log interactions and follow‑up with customers.
• Gather and analyse data to understand customer needs and suggest process improvements.

Required profile

• Minimum High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Excellent verbal and written communication in English and Arabic.
• Strong organisational and time‑management abilities.
• Analytical mindset with a collaborative, team‑oriented approach.
• Motivated, quick to adapt to new processes, products and services.

Required skills

• Proficiency with MS Office applications.
• Experience using CRM systems.
• Familiarity with telephone system operations.
