About the role
United Al Saqer Group is looking for a proactive Admin/Receptionist/Call Center Agent to support multiple departments in Abu Dhabi. The role combines front‑office duties, administrative support and inbound call handling to ensure smooth daily operations.
Key responsibilities
- Provide administrative assistance to various departments and ensure efficient front‑office operations.
- Answer and direct inbound calls, greet visitors, and manage correspondence.
- Maintain records, schedule appointments and handle documentation using MS Office.
- Utilise CRM and telephone systems to log interactions and follow‑up with customers.
- Gather and analyse data to understand customer needs and suggest process improvements.
Required profile
- Minimum High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Excellent verbal and written communication in English and Arabic.
- Strong organisational and time‑management abilities.
- Analytical mindset with a collaborative, team‑oriented approach.
- Motivated, quick to adapt to new processes, products and services.
Required skills
- Proficiency with MS Office applications.
- Experience using CRM systems.
- Familiarity with telephone system operations.
