After-Sales & Customer Support Executive International Projects

About the role

The After‑Sales & Customer Support Executive will manage post‑sales engagement for international project consultancy, ensuring smooth coordination with OEMs, handling spare‑part follow‑ups, site visits, documentation and payment processes.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the primary point of contact for customers through calls, emails and meetings for post‑sales and service‑related matters.
• Prepare and manage quotations, proposals and order confirmations in coordination with internal teams and overseas manufacturers.
• Coordinate with manufacturers, service partners and internal teams to deliver effective after‑sales technical and service support.
• Visit customer sites and manufacturers’ facilities, both domestic and international, to support after‑sales activities and follow‑up discussions.
• Handle payment follow‑ups with customers and manufacturers and liaise with internal management for approvals and escalations.
• Prepare MIS reports using MS Excel and other MS Office tools; use AutoCAD or engineering tools when required to interpret drawings and technical specifications.

Required profile

• Strong verbal and written communication skills for client and OEM coordination.
• Customer‑centric mindset with solid problem‑solving ability.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook) and ability to manage multiple stakeholders and deadlines.
• High attention to detail, documentation discipline and teamwork orientation.
• Exposure to AutoCAD or engineering drawings is an added advantage.
