AI Business Partner – Property & Buildings

About the role

WSP is looking for an AI Business Partner to lead AI‑driven initiatives within its Property & Buildings unit in Sharjah. You will work closely with senior leadership, coordinate cross‑functional stakeholders and ensure AI programmes are delivered on time, within budget and in line with corporate governance.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end delivery of AI projects, monitoring budgets, resources and KPIs.
• Act as the primary liaison between business units, technical teams and external partners, facilitating decision‑making and clear communication.
• Prepare detailed project reports, dashboards and compliance documentation for senior leadership.
• Translate business objectives into actionable AI project plans and evaluate emerging AI tools for adoption.
• Conduct stakeholder workshops to identify AI opportunities and prioritize initiatives.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years of project management experience in technology or AI‑driven programmes.
• Strong understanding of AI concepts and enterprise applications.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• PMP, PRINCE2 or Agile certification preferred.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast‑paced environment.
