AI Security Engineer (12‑Month Contract)

About the role

We are seeking an experienced AI Security Engineer to protect emerging AI technologies within a complex enterprise environment in Abu Dhabi. This hands‑on position focuses on securing AI/ML platforms, cloud infrastructure, applications, and sensitive data.

Key responsibilities

• Assess and strengthen security across AI/ML platforms and Microsoft Azure environments.
• Identify and mitigate AI‑specific risks such as prompt injection, data leakage, and LLM vulnerabilities.
• Conduct security assessments, threat modelling, and vulnerability testing.
• Review and improve IAM, API security, encryption, and network security controls.
• Support data protection, security monitoring, and automation initiatives.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in cybersecurity engineering, cloud security, application security, or data security.
• Strong hands‑on experience securing Microsoft Azure environments.
• Practical exposure to AI/ML platforms, LLM security risks, and AI threat modelling.
• UAE‑based candidates only.

Required skills

• Microsoft Azure security (AZ‑500, SC‑100 preferred).
• IAM, API security, encryption, network security.
• Python or PowerShell scripting for security automation.
• CI/CD security automation.
• Data loss prevention (DLP) and data governance concepts.
