Director - Blockchain Solutions

About the role

We are partnering with a leading organization in Abu Dhabi to appoint a Director of Blockchain Solutions. This strategic leadership role will drive the growth and delivery of enterprise blockchain initiatives across the region.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the design and delivery of blockchain and digital asset solutions for enterprise clients.
• Act as a trusted advisor to C‑level stakeholders on blockchain strategy and innovation.
• Drive solution architecture, client engagement, and technology consulting initiatives.
• Support business growth through pre‑sales, solution advisory, and partnership development.
• Collaborate with technical and business teams to deliver large‑scale transformation programs.

Required profile

• Extensive experience in Blockchain, DLT, Digital Assets, Tokenization, CBDC, or FinTech solutions.
• Strong background in Solution Architecture, Enterprise Architecture, Technology Consulting, or Digital Transformation.
• Experience working with Banking, Financial Services, Government, or Regulatory organizations.
• Excellent stakeholder management and client‑facing communication skills.

Required skills

• Blockchain and Distributed Ledger Technologies (DLT).
• Digital Assets, Tokenization, Central Bank Digital Currency (CBDC).
• Enterprise blockchain platforms such as Hyperledger Fabric, Corda, Ethereum, Ripple, or Quorum.
