About the role

We are looking for an experienced Appointed Person to lead and supervise lifting operations within our Oil & Gas projects. The role ensures that all lifting activities are planned, executed and monitored in strict compliance with safety and regulatory standards.

Key responsibilities

  • Develop, review and approve lift plans for all critical lifting tasks.
  • Coordinate with site teams, contractors and equipment suppliers to schedule lifting operations.
  • Conduct risk assessments and enforce HSE requirements throughout the lifting process.
  • Supervise on‑site lifting activities, ensuring safe execution and compliance with LEEA standards.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and reporting of lifting operations.

Required profile

  • LEEA Certificate (mandatory).
  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering.
  • 3–5 years of experience in a similar appointed person role.
  • Proven experience in the Oil & Gas industry.
  • Strong knowledge of lifting operations, lift planning and HSE requirements.

Required skills

  • LEEA certification.
  • Lift planning expertise.
  • HSE compliance management.
  • Supervision of heavy lifting activities.
