Appointment Setter – Business Development Executive

About the role

We are seeking a proactive Appointment Setter to join our healthcare‑focused digital marketing agency. Working remotely, you will support our senior sales team by researching prospects, running multi‑channel outreach campaigns, and booking qualified meetings with plastic surgeons, aesthetic clinics and hospitals.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and build target lists of prospective healthcare clients across the UAE, USA, Canada and Colombia.
• Create and continuously refine cold‑pitch content for email sequences, LinkedIn messages and call scripts.
• Execute multi‑channel outreach via LinkedIn, cold email, cold call and other outbound methods.
• Qualify leads against predefined criteria before scheduling meetings.
• Coordinate and confirm appointments between prospects and senior sales executives.
• Prepare briefing notes for sales calls, including practice profiles and pain points.
• Conduct post‑meeting follow‑up via email, WhatsApp or call to keep deals moving.
• Assist in preparing and sending proposals, tracking their status through to decision.
• Maintain accurate prospect and pipeline data in the CRM system.
• Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to improve outreach strategies.

Required profile

• 1–3 years of experience in business development, lead generation or appointment setting.
• Strong research and prospecting abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Self‑motivated, results‑driven and able to work independently.
