Appointment Setter - Dubai

About the role

Mount Olympus AI is hiring an Appointment Setter for its GCC team, led by a Sales Manager. The role is based in Dubai and consists of reaching out to business owners and booking them into a 30-minute demo call. A free custom demo is built for every lead, so candidates open doors with something real to show rather than cold pitching.

Key responsibilities

• Reach business owners on WhatsApp Business and by phone using leads provided by the company
• Open conversations, spark interest and book qualified demo calls into the closer's calendar
• Keep every lead status updated in the CRM (Google Sheets)
• Hand over booked meetings with short notes so the closer can walk in prepared

Required profile

• Confident, friendly communicator who enjoys talking to people
• Fluent English; Arabic is a strong plus
• Based in the UAE or the GCC, with a good understanding of local business culture
• Self-driven and consistent, able to hit daily outreach targets without being chased
• Own smartphone, laptop and stable internet
• Experience in sales, telesales, appointment setting or customer service is a plus, not required
