About the role
Baker And Co. Associates is looking for a Telesales Executive in its Dubai office (Dubai Supreme Court Complex, Office 102, Umm Hurair 2). You will call inbound and warm leads, qualify them quickly and book office consultations for the advisors. The position is full-time and permanent.
Key responsibilities
- Call inbound and warm leads quickly every day
- Qualify each lead: goals, budget, timeline and eligibility
- Book and confirm consultations at the Dubai office
- Follow up by phone and WhatsApp to reduce no-shows
- Log every call and outcome in the CRM
- Hit daily call and appointment targets
Required profile
- 1+ year in telesales, call-centre or appointment-setting roles
- Clear, confident and friendly phone manner
- Fluent English; Arabic, Hindi or Urdu is a plus
- Resilient, target-driven and organised
