Arabic Cook

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Arabic Cook to prepare authentic Arabic and Emirati dishes for our high‑volume catering operations in the UAE. The role involves cooking, plating, and supporting events and functions across various locations.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and cook a wide range of authentic Arabic and Emirati dishes according to approved menus and recipes.
• Maintain quality, taste, and presentation consistency in high‑volume catering environments.
• Oversee food preparation, cooking, and plating to meet operational standards.
• Handle orders, requisitions, inventory control and report shortages or quality issues.
• Support functions and event setups, including bulk food preparation and service coordination.

Required profile

• Up to 3 years of experience in Arabic and Emirati cuisine, preferably in the UAE.
• Proven experience in high‑volume catering or hospitality operations.
• Valid Food Safety Certificate (mandatory) and strong understanding of HACCP and UAE food safety regulations.
• Physically fit to work long hours in kitchen environments and willing to work in remote or shift‑based locations.

• Hands‑on expertise in preparing traditional Arabic & Emirati dishes.
• Food safety and hygiene practices (HACCP).
• Inventory management and requisition handling.
