Arabic Receptionist – Dubai International Airport

About the role

Premier Inn is looking for an enthusiastic Arabic‑speaking Receptionist to join the front‑office team at Dubai International Airport. You will be the first point of contact for guests, ensuring a warm welcome and smooth check‑in and check‑out experience in a fast‑paced airport hotel environment.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and welcome guests, visitors and suppliers, answering telephone calls in line with brand standards.
• Provide accurate information on promotions, room rates, local activities and events.
• Handle payments according to cash‑handling procedures and process reservations, cancellations and corporate leads.
• Promote online guest feedback, monitor mentions and suggest improvements.
• Perform general office duties such as correspondence, email handling and filing.
• Maintain reception supplies and stationery stock.
• Communicate guest requests and complaints to relevant departments for seamless service delivery.
• Ensure guest safety by following all safety procedures and guidelines.

Required profile

Required skills

• Minimum one‑year experience as a Hotel Receptionist in a front‑office setting.
• Knowledge of Opera PMS.
• Fluent Arabic – speaking, reading and writing.
