Arabic-Speaking Business Development Representative

About the role

Cloudflare is hiring an Arabic-speaking Business Development Representative (BDR) in Dubai. The BDR contributes to the company's revenue generation by delivering pipeline at scale to the Sales team, focusing on people, process and tools. The role requires fluency in English and Arabic, and there is a tenure requirement of 18-24 months before applying for another role within the company.

Key responsibilities

• Be the first point of contact for customers seeking solutions and develop customer-centric sales skills.
• Learn Cloudflare's products and services in detail.
• Own and meet targets for qualified opportunities, response SLA, pipeline value and revenue.
• Develop new business from inbound and marketing-generated leads.
• Identify customer pain points and use cases, map them to Cloudflare solutions and qualify opportunities for Enterprise sales.
• Work with account executives, marketing, sales operations and fellow BDRs.
• Track and manage sales activities and results in Salesforce (SFDC).
• Help create and improve team processes.

Required profile

• English and Arabic.
• 2+ years of experience as a BDR in a similar capacity in the technology industry in the Middle East, ideally in Qatar and the Levant; SaaS experience is a plus.
• Self-motivated, entrepreneurial, able to work independently or in a team.
• Analytical, organized, comfortable in a fast-paced environment, with strong communication skills and a customer-oriented mindset.
• Aptitude for learning technical concepts and ability to handle multiple tasks at once.
