Architect (Site Supervision) – Arabic Speaker

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Architect with strong site supervision abilities to act as the owner’s direct representative on a high‑end residential villa project in Dubai. The role focuses on overseeing all finishing works, coordinating with contractors, and ensuring the project meets quality and design standards.

Key responsibilities

• Direct supervision of all interior and exterior finishing works on site.
• Monitor contractors, enforce quality standards, and resolve on‑site issues.
• Hire, coordinate, and manage subcontractors as required.
• Select and purchase materials, finishes, and furniture according to project specifications.
• Serve as the owner’s representative, making timely field decisions.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience supervising residential villa projects.
• Hands‑on experience with finishing works and site execution.
• Good knowledge of MEP systems (electrical, plumbing, HVAC).
• Ability to manage contractors, suppliers, and subcontractors.
• Valid UAE driving licence and full‑time onsite availability.
