Area Sales Manager – Food Service (Bakemart)

About the role

The Area Sales Manager for Bakemart will lead pricing negotiations, sales forecasting and market development for both new and existing food‑service products in the UAE. You will be responsible for achieving revenue and profitability targets while building strong B2B relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Generate and qualify new sales leads by identifying key decision‑makers and converting opportunities into profitable deals.
• Follow up on supply‑chain activities to ensure on‑time order execution and delivery.
• Develop and implement outbound sales and business‑development strategies aligned with company goals.
• Maintain strong relationships with key B2B customers to ensure satisfaction, retention and long‑term growth.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
• Minimum 6 years of sales experience in Food Service, preferably HORECA and frozen bakery categories.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing key customer accounts independently.
• Experience in the UAE market with an existing network of contacts.
• Valid UAE driving licence or a licence that can be easily converted.
