About the role
We are looking for an Assistant Director of Finance to join Raffles Dubai, a 5‑star luxury hotel. Reporting to the Cluster Director of Finance, you will support the administration of all financial aspects of the hotel’s operations and ensure compliance with local and corporate policies.
Key responsibilities
- Assist the Cluster Director of Finance in preparing the annual budget, FF&E budgets and rolling forecasts.
- Produce accurate financial and management reports for hotel management, corporate office and owners in line with reporting requirements.
- Analyse financial data, interpret variations and communicate findings in a clear manner.
- Monitor and maintain adequate cash flow for the operation.
- Approve all cash disbursements, rebates, adjustments and allowances, ensuring proper documentation.
- Verify accruals and journal entries and maintain reconciliations for all balance‑sheet accounts according to corporate formats.
