About the role
We are seeking an experienced Assistant JAT Supervisor to support daily agricultural operations for our client in Abu Dhabi, UAE. The role involves assisting the supervisor to ensure efficient workflow and healthy crop production.
Key responsibilities
- Assist in planning and executing daily agricultural activities such as planting, pruning, grafting, irrigation and harvesting.
- Support the supervisor in coordinating farm workers and daily tasks.
- Monitor crop maintenance and ensure activities follow safety, quality and operational procedures.
Required profile
- Previous experience in agriculture, farming, horticulture or crop production.
- Physically fit and able to work in an outdoor farm environment.

What we offer
