Assistant Manager – Corporate Credit Support (UAE National)

About the role

Emirates NBD is seeking a UAE national to join its Corporate Credit Business Support unit as an Assistant Manager. The role focuses on managing all post‑credit‑approval activities, ensuring timely processing of client requests while minimizing relationship manager involvement. You will be responsible for documentation execution, security perfection, loan disbursements and monitoring portfolio exceptions.

Key responsibilities

• Raise limit extensions after security pack hand‑over until FRS release.
• Process ad‑hoc limit requests for temporary overdrafts, trade transactions and one‑off deals.
• Handle daily referrals (Smart business, RMWB transactions) with required approvals.
• Ensure timely loan disbursements in line with approved conditions and bank policies.
• Manage loan rollovers, pre‑settlements and repayments.
• Engage with clients’ finance managers, CFOs and authorized signatories for documentation execution and collateral perfection.
• Monitor client accounts for exceptions, including past‑due, excess, and one‑off credit requests.
• Lodge perfected security packs to CRAD DLT and address observations promptly.
• Remediate document deficiencies within approved timelines.
• Manage expired valuation and insurance reports, escalating non‑submission cases.
• Prepare early‑alert reports and liaise with Group Legal on documentation queries.
• Compile data and reports for Central Bank audits and other regulatory requirements.
• Conduct pricing checks after FRS release as required.
