Assistant Manager – Gaming Technicians

About the role

Wynn Al Marjan Island is seeking an Assistant Manager to lead its Gaming Technicians team. You will oversee daily operations, ensure equipment reliability, and support the integration of new gaming technologies at the resort.

Key responsibilities

• Manage daily operations of gaming technicians, including maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of gaming equipment.
• Monitor machine performance, uptime, and guest feedback to identify issues and improvement opportunities.
• Oversee installation, configuration, relocation, and removal of EGM and table game equipment.
• Provide coaching, on‑the‑job training, and schedule management for the technical team.
• Ensure compliance with UAE gaming regulations, Wynn Resorts’ internal controls, and manufacturer specifications.
• Maintain accurate records of machine configurations, maintenance logs, and regulatory documentation.
• Coordinate with manufacturers and service providers for technical support, repairs, and upgrades.
• Stay informed on emerging gaming technologies and assist in integrating cashless and digital solutions.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Electronics, IT or related field (preferred).
• Minimum 5 years of experience in EGM operations or technical maintenance within a regulated gaming environment.
• Proven experience managing or leading technical teams.
• Strong understanding of EGM and table game hardware, software, networking, and regulatory requirements.
• Excellent troubleshooting, organizational and communication skills.
• Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends and holidays as needed.

Required skills

• Proficiency with diagnostic tools.
• Experience using CMS platforms for equipment management.
• Ability to produce and maintain technical documentation.
