Assistant Manager – Human Capital (National Talent)

About the role

Jumeirah Zabeel Saray is seeking an Assistant Manager for Human Capital (National Talent) to lead recruitment, onboarding and employee support functions within its luxury resort environment.

Key responsibilities

• Lead full‑cycle recruitment, collaborating with department heads, building talent pipelines and managing the applicant tracking system.
• Coordinate onboarding and induction, handling documentation, system access, orientation and probation reviews.
• Serve as first point of contact for employee inquiries, support disciplinary and performance processes, and drive engagement initiatives.
• Review monthly payroll inputs, manage leave and attendance via the Gantner system, and ensure confidentiality of employee records.
• Assist in implementing HR initiatives, compliance checks and reporting aligned with corporate objectives.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field.
• 3‑5 years of HR or human capital experience, preferably in hospitality or service industry.
• Strong knowledge of UAE labor laws, HR best practices and compliance standards.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and organisational skills with ability to manage multiple priorities.
