About the role
We are looking for a motivated UAE National to join our Marine Insurance team as an Assistant Manager Marine Underwriter. You will evaluate marine risks, support profitable underwriting decisions and ensure compliance with company and regulatory standards.
Key responsibilities
- Assess and underwrite marine insurance risks for cargo, transit and related business.
- Review applications, risk data, claims history and supporting documentation.
- Prepare quotations, endorsements, renewals and policy documentation.
- Liaise with brokers, clients and internal departments on underwriting requirements.
- Monitor underwriting performance and maintain accurate records.
- Support business development with underwriting expertise and market insights.
Required profile
- UAE National with Family Book (Emirati) – mandatory.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Mathematics, Finance, Insurance or a related discipline.
- Fresh graduates with strong academic performance are welcome.
