Assistant Manager – Mediterranean Restaurant

About the role

Join FIVE Hotels & Resorts as an Assistant Manager in our Mediterranean Restaurant in Dubai. You will support the Restaurant Manager in delivering a premium guest experience while driving operational excellence and profitability.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the Restaurant Manager with daily operations, ensuring seamless service across all dining areas.
• Coordinate with the culinary team to maintain five‑star food quality and presentation standards.
• Monitor health, safety and food hygiene compliance, implementing corrective actions as needed.
• Analyse sales and cost reports to identify opportunities for revenue growth and cost control.
• Recruit, train and mentor a high‑performing restaurant team, fostering a positive work environment.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years experience as a Floor Supervisor, Assistant Restaurant Manager or Restaurant Manager in a luxury hotel.
• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or related field is a plus.
• Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Strong understanding of health & safety regulations and food hygiene standards.
• Proven track record of achieving financial targets and managing budgets.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.
• Expert knowledge of restaurant management software and POS systems.

What we offer

• Fixed monthly salary of AED 4,400.
