Assistant Manager Motor Claims (UAE National) – Dubai

About the role

We are looking for a motivated UAE National to join our Motor Claims team in Dubai as an Assistant Manager. This entry‑level position is ideal for fresh graduates who want to start a long‑term career in insurance, supporting claim assessment, processing and administration while delivering excellent customer service.

Key responsibilities

• Review and process motor insurance claims in line with policy terms and company guidelines.
• Verify claim documentation, accident reports, repair estimates and supporting information.
• Coordinate with customers, garages, surveyors and internal stakeholders throughout the claims lifecycle.
• Maintain accurate claim records in the claims management system and monitor claim status to ensure timely settlement.
• Assist in evaluating claim costs, identifying discrepancies or potential fraud indicators, and support investigations when required.

Required profile

• UAE National with Family Book (Emirati) – mandatory.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, Accounting, Mathematics, Statistics or a related discipline.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged; internship experience in insurance, banking, finance, customer service or operations is a plus.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving and numerical aptitude with a keen interest in motor insurance.
