About the role
The Assistant Manager supports store operations at Palm Jumeirah Mall, driving sales, ensuring excellent customer service, and leading the team to deliver the Abercrombie & Fitch brand experience.
Key responsibilities
- Perform opening and closing routines and supervise daily store operations.
- Manage sales‑floor and stockroom activities, ensuring seamless customer service.
- Handle staffing, scheduling, payroll, and inventory control.
- Train and develop non‑management staff, fostering brand knowledge and sales techniques.
- Maintain visual merchandising standards and analyze sales reports for decision‑making.
Required profile
- Strong leadership and people‑management abilities.
- Excellent communication and customer‑service orientation.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including opening and closing shifts.
Required skills
- Proficiency with Register/Point of Sale (POS) systems.
- Basic analytical skills for reviewing sales reports.
