Assistant Manager, Sales Operations & Support

About the role

Nestle Operational Services Worldwide SA is looking for an Assistant Manager, Sales Operations & Support in Dubai (UAE), within the Coastal Arabia cluster. The role supports the Sales function by delivering accurate, timely reports, dashboards and business insights, maintaining sales tools and master data, supporting TTS and MBPC processes, and using digital solutions and automation to improve decision-making, efficiency and execution.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and automate sales reports, dashboards and KPI tracking, and turn sales, customer, sell-out and market data into actionable insights.
• Provide business insights, analysis and decision-support tools for Sales and leadership.
• Monitor TTS performance, customer investments, spend versus plan and accruals, and support ICP and commercial planning.
• Maintain accurate customer and sales master data, and coordinate sales forecasting.
• Support MBPC, business reviews and management discussions, prepare sales outlooks and identify risks and opportunities.
• Analyse sales, market, customer, channel, product and category performance, and ensure compliance with trade-spend policies, SOPs, agreements, audits and regulatory requirements.
• Drive automation, digitalization and AI-enabled process improvements, and evaluate the effectiveness of commercial activities and customer investments.

Required profile

• 2 to 4 years of experience in Sales Operations, Sales analysis, Sales Support, Finance or related data analysis functions.
• Bachelor's degree in business, Finance, Data Analytics or a related field.
• Knowledge of sales planning, forecasting, trade spending, customer/channel management and performance reporting.
• Ability to turn data into actionable recommendations and business insights.

Required skills

• Advanced Excel, PowerPoint and Power BI, including dashboarding and data visualization.
• Familiarity with AI-enabled tools and Microsoft Copilot is an advantage.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication and stakeholder management skills.
