Business Development Representative - B2B SaaS Finance

About the role

CAMAC is partnering with a fast-growing B2B SaaS company serving finance teams, scaling across the GCC. The company is hiring a Business Development Representative in Dubai to generate pipeline and sit at the front of its growth. The role owns outbound prospecting into SMEs and mid-market businesses across the UAE and wider GCC, talking to finance leaders, founders and business owners and booking qualified meetings for the sales team.

Key responsibilities

• Run multi-channel outbound across calls, email and LinkedIn
• Research and map target accounts and decision makers
• Qualify inbound leads quickly and hand them over to Account Executives
• Book discovery meetings and hit monthly pipeline targets
• Keep the CRM accurate and up to date
• Feed market insight back to the sales and marketing teams

Required profile

• 1 to 2 years in an SDR, BDR or similar outbound sales role, ideally in SaaS or fintech
• Confident on the phone and comfortable cold calling
• Strong written and verbal communication in English; Arabic is a strong plus
• Resilient, organised and driven by targets
• Based in the UAE, or able to relocate to Dubai
