Assistant Marketing Manager

About the role

The Assistant Marketing Manager will support the planning and execution of integrated marketing campaigns across digital, social, CRM, in‑store and local store marketing channels. This hands‑on role is ideal for a professional with UAE market experience who thrives in a fast‑paced environment.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate and execute multi‑channel marketing campaigns, ensuring they meet timelines, budgets and objectives.
• Develop and maintain annual marketing calendars, seasonal campaigns, product launches and promotional initiatives.
• Manage relationships with internal teams, external agencies, suppliers and production partners, creating timelines and execution trackers.
• Oversee local store marketing activities, conduct field visits, and evaluate promotional compliance.
• Coordinate digital campaigns across social media, CRM, email marketing and customer engagement platforms.
• Support influencer and partnership campaigns as needed.
• Track campaign performance against KPIs, analyze sales trends and ROI, and prepare regular performance reports.

Required profile

• Proven experience coordinating multi‑channel marketing campaigns in the UAE.
• Strong project and stakeholder management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to identify and mitigate execution risks.
• Analytical mindset for performance tracking and reporting.
