Assistant Outlet Manager – Netsu (Russian Speaker)

About the role

Mandarin Oriental Jumeira in Dubai is seeking an Assistant Outlet Manager for its Netsu restaurant. The role supports the Outlet Manager in daily operations, ensuring high standards of service, hygiene, and guest experience.

Key responsibilities

• Support the Outlet Manager in all operational and administrative aspects, and take charge in their absence.
• Enforce operational standards, SOPs, and quality measures, and oversee shift scheduling and staff rosters.
• Maintain cleanliness and coordinate with engineering and housekeeping for regular walk‑throughs.
• Manage reservations, optimise seating capacity, and monitor POS setups for accuracy.
• Assist in financial monitoring, P&L analysis, and planning of promotional activities and festive events.
• Provide leadership on the floor, handle VIP guest requirements, and resolve customer complaints.

Required profile

• High school qualification; degree or HND in Hospitality/Hotel/Business Management preferred.
• Minimum 3 years experience as an assistant restaurant manager in a luxury hotel or high‑end independent restaurant.
• International experience in at least two regions (Asia, Europe, North America, preferably Middle East).
• Excellent verbal and written English; Russian language skills preferred.
