Assistant Sales Manager - Stainless Steel

About the role

Aquarius Worldwide is hiring a full-time, on-site Assistant Sales Manager for stainless steel in Sharjah, UAE. The role develops and manages sales territories, identifies new business opportunities and builds strong customer relationships in the stainless steel sector.

Key responsibilities

• Meet with existing and prospective clients, present product offerings and negotiate terms to close sales
• Prepare quotations and manage key accounts
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity and customer feedback to refine sales strategy and meet revenue targets
• Report regularly to management and keep accurate records in CRM or sales systems
• Work with logistics and finance teams to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction

Required profile

• Diploma or bachelor's degree in Business or Marketing
• Relevant experience in steel, metals, construction materials or industrial products sales is highly desirable
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within the assigned territory

Required skills

• Sales and business development, including lead generation, negotiation and deal closing
• Understanding of basic commercial terms, pricing structures and margins
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM or sales management software
• Strong organization, time management and problem-solving skills
