Assistant Server – Clubhouse Restaurant

About the role

The Clubhouse Restaurant at Al Zorah Golf & Yacht Club is seeking an energetic Assistant Server to support daily operations. You will work alongside the service team to ensure guests receive prompt, attentive, and high‑quality service in a busy, upscale dining environment.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare tables and service stations before each shift, ensuring clean cutlery, glassware, crockery, menus and condiments are in place.
• Deliver food and beverages to the correct tables, confirming order details and table numbers.
• Assist with serving bread, water, and accompaniments, and promptly clear used items.
• Reset tables efficiently after guests depart and replenish service stations throughout service.
• Support buffet setups, group bookings, events and Clubhouse activities as required.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization across the restaurant floor and service areas.
• Communicate guest requests to the assigned Server and coordinate with Culinary, Stewarding and Bar teams.
• Follow food hygiene, HACCP, fire, health and safety standards and handle equipment carefully.

• Ability to work efficiently, respond quickly to operational needs and contribute positively to the guest experience.
• Professional appearance with high standards of personal grooming.
• Willingness to attend briefings, meetings and training sessions.
