Assistant Store Manager

About the role

The Assistant Store Manager supports the store’s business strategy, operations, and people management, driving sales and delivering best‑in‑class customer service in a fast‑paced retail environment.

Key responsibilities

• Perform opening and closing routines and supervise sales‑floor and stockroom operations.
• Manage staffing, scheduling, payroll, and train non‑management staff.
• Maintain visual displays, protect store assets, and conduct inventory control.
• Analyze sales reports to inform decision‑making and drive results.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or at least one year of supervisory experience in a customer‑facing role.
• Strong problem‑solving and multi‑tasking abilities.
