Assistant Vice President – Financial Planning & Analysis

About the role

The Assistant Vice President – Financial Planning & Analysis will lead forecasting, budgeting and performance monitoring for the organization. This senior position supports senior management with strategic financial insights, capital allocation decisions and KPI reporting.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in preparing and maintaining the 5‑year business plan and quarterly financial forecasts.
• Monitor plan deviations, update forecasts and escalate significant changes to management.
• Develop financial models for capital allocation, valuation, funding requirements and scenario analysis.
• Prepare and present monthly business updates and quarterly performance reports for divisions and projects.
• Conduct financial analysis for new business proposals, joint ventures and investment opportunities.
• Support the review and update of internal financial policies.

Required profile

• Minimum 6 + years of experience in corporate finance or financial analysis.
• Advanced experience in corporate finance and investment analysis; IFRS knowledge preferred for real‑estate development.
• Bachelor’s degree in finance, management, economics or related field.
• Professional qualification such as CFA, MBA, CIMA, CMA, CPA is a plus.
• UAE national eligibility.
