Assistant Vice President - Wealth Management

About the role

The Assistant Vice President – Wealth Management will design and execute a wealth management strategy that drives sales and creates business opportunities with financial institutions, private investors and high‑net‑worth individuals. This senior role bridges real‑estate development expertise with banking and investment advisory to expand Aldar Academies’ market presence.

Key responsibilities

• Promote Aldar products to financial institutions and private clients.
• Identify and segment the financial market for new business opportunities.
• Analyse insights from institutions to craft strategies that meet client financial objectives and structure attractive deals.
• Manage client relationships through the full transaction lifecycle.
• Develop joint‑venture, build‑to‑sell and land‑sale opportunities for high‑net‑worth individuals.
• Create customised presentation materials for existing and prospective clients.
• Activate the land bank by locating local and regional fund owners, connecting with HNI and partnering with Aldar.
• Prepare financial cases, term sheets and ensure agreement signing.

Required profile

• Minimum 8 years of experience in wealth management, banking or real‑estate development.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics or Finance.
• Strong understanding of UAE real‑estate market and competitor offerings.
• Proven ability to negotiate and close high‑value transactions.
