About the role
We are seeking a full‑time Assistant or Associate Professor to join a rapidly expanding university in Dubai. The successful candidate will teach Business and Quality Management at undergraduate and graduate levels, contribute to research, and support curriculum innovation.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver undergraduate and graduate courses using a blended learning approach.
- Maintain an active research agenda in Business or Quality Management.
- Design and develop online curricula and course materials.
- Advise and mentor students throughout their studies.
- Create and deliver professional short courses for external audiences.
- Perform administrative duties as required by the department.
Required profile
- PhD from an AACSB‑accredited university in a relevant discipline.
- Proven teaching experience at an internationally accredited university.
- Experience with online or e‑learning environments is preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to integrate computer technology into teaching.
- Strong English language proficiency.
