Associate Commercial Counsel (English)

About the role

Google is seeking an Associate Commercial Counsel to provide proactive legal guidance on cloud‑related commercial offerings. You will work on high‑impact legal issues that arise from disruptive technology innovations and collaborate with teams across the company.

Key responsibilities

• Assess legal risks associated with cloud services and professional‑services contracts.
• Help business units close agreements and advise on product launches.
• Partner with internal stakeholders on initiatives that influence multiple business areas.
• Support regulatory investigations and public‑sector procurement matters.

Required profile

• JD, LL.B. or equivalent degree; admitted to the bar in the relevant jurisdiction.
• Minimum three years of attorney‑level experience in‑house, at a law firm, or in government.
• Fluent English communication skills and ability to engage with regional clients.
• Ability to work independently with strong organizational skills.
