Associate - Direct Private Equity, Global Investment Manager

About the role

A prestigious global investment firm based in Abu Dhabi, with a strong track record in private equity transactions, is hiring an associate to join its growing team. The role focuses on direct private equity investments across a wide range of sectors.

Key responsibilities

• Sourcing and evaluating investment opportunities globally across sectors such as consumer, technology, healthcare, energy and real assets
• Conducting thorough due diligence, including financial analysis, market research and competitive benchmarking
• Preparing investment memos, presentations and financial models for internal and external stakeholders
• Updating senior management regularly on the investment pipeline, portfolio performance and market outlook
• Working with other top-tier asset managers and private equity funds on co-investment opportunities

Required profile

• Experience from a top-tier investment bank in M&A (sector agnostic) or private equity fund
• Bachelor's and/or Master's degree from a top university
• Ability to relocate and be based full-time in Abu Dhabi
