Associate Director - Oracle Fusion

About the role

A consultancy founded in 2022 by former KPMG and EY leaders, which covers accounting, financial reporting, finance operations, ESG and technology, is hiring an Associate Director for its Oracle Fusion practice. The role leads senior-level Oracle Fusion Cloud transformation programmes, covering delivery governance, programme control and client confidence, and includes a practice-building remit such as proposals, Statements of Work and account development. It is based in Dubai and works with clients and delivery teams across the UAE and the wider GCC.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the PMO for complex Oracle Fusion Cloud, Oracle ERP and Oracle EPM transformations from mobilisation through delivery and transition.
• Shape integrated programme plans covering scope, milestones, resources, budgets, dependencies, risks, issues and benefits realisation.
• Design and run governance frameworks with clear accountability and escalation paths.
• Prepare executive reporting, steering committee materials, dashboards and recommendations for corrective action.
• Coordinate business, technology, systems integration and client stakeholders across workstreams and locations.
• Advise on implementation roadmaps, phasing, operating models, delivery methodologies and transformation priorities.
• Monitor change control, assumptions, dependencies, commercial obligations and programme health.
• Contribute to proposals, RFPs, Statements of Work, account planning, solution shaping and effort estimation.
• Help build the Oracle transformation offering, including reusable methods, governance assets and delivery standards.
• Coach and mentor consultants, project managers and PMO professionals.

Required profile

• 10 to 12 years of experience in technology consulting, enterprise transformation or complex IT delivery.
• At least five years of PMO or programme management experience on Oracle Fusion Cloud, Oracle ERP or Oracle EPM projects.
• Strong record of leading medium- to large-scale Oracle implementations across modules, workstreams, business units or countries.
• Experience in proposals, RFPs, Statements of Work, pricing and resource modelling, and mentoring junior consultants.
• Experience in the UAE, Saudi Arabia, Qatar or the GCC is strongly valued.
• Experience in a professional services, management consulting, technology consulting or systems integration firm.

Required skills

• Programme controls: integrated planning, financial management, risk and issue management, dependency tracking and change control.
• Understanding of Oracle Fusion Cloud capabilities in Finance, SCM, HCM and EPM.
• Credentials such as PMP, PRINCE2, Agile or Oracle Cloud certifications are advantageous.
