About the role
This 18‑month Associate Programme is designed for fresh Emirati graduates who want to launch their careers in real estate, property development and projects within the Dubai International Financial Centre (DIFC) ecosystem.
Key responsibilities
- Participate in cross‑departmental strategic and operational projects.
- Engage with internal and external stakeholders in a professional capacity.
- Contribute to real‑estate and development initiatives under senior guidance.
- Undergo regular performance reviews and receive customized learning plans.
Required profile
- UAE national (holder of an Emirati passport).
- Recent university graduate or candidate with limited work experience.
- Dynamic, motivated and ready to start a professional career.
