Associate Relationship Manager – Wealth Coverage

About the role

The Associate Relationship Manager – Wealth Coverage supports the front‑line team in serving priority and private banking clients. The role handles client onboarding, account opening, portfolio creation, investment bookings and redemptions while ensuring operational efficiency and compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Assist Senior RM/RM in processing client requests for new‑to‑bank (NTB) acquisition, account opening and documentation.
• Process investment bookings, redemptions, fund transfers and generate accurate client statements.
• Ensure all transactions comply with internal procedures and regulatory requirements (KYC/AML).
• Track and report on NTB acquisition targets and maintain related MIS reports.
• Coordinate with investment advisors, operations and wealth management teams to execute transactions smoothly.
• Provide day‑to‑day operational support for the international wealth coverage business.

Required profile

• Minimum 24 months of relevant experience in wealth or private banking.
• Strong understanding of client onboarding, compliance and investment processes.
• Ability to work collaboratively with senior relationship managers and internal support teams.
• Attention to detail and commitment to delivering accurate, timely service.
