Associate Sales & Solutions – AI, Data, Analytics & Security

About the role

Datamaze AI, a consultancy offering AI, data, analytics and security services, is hiring a Sales & Solutions Associate in Dubai. The role turns recent university tech skills into customer value: prospecting new clients, talking with business leaders about their AI, data, analytics and security challenges, and preparing first-pass solution ideas that senior engineers refine. It is a fast-paced, learning-heavy position.

Key responsibilities

• Research and prioritize target accounts, run multi-channel outreach (phone, email, social) and record interactions in the CRM.
• Hold discovery calls to identify prospects' AI, data, analytics, cloud and security challenges and business objectives.
• Turn discovery insights into one-page solution briefs and preliminary diagrams, then refine them with senior engineers.
• Nurture the pipeline with follow-ups, LinkedIn touchpoints and event networking, and coordinate advanced technical sessions with solution architects.
• Stay up to date on AI/ML, cloud security and data analytics trends, and keep hands-on familiarity with SAST, DAST and container-scanner tools.
• Meet monthly KPIs (qualified meetings, pipeline value, revenue influenced) and submit weekly activity reports with client feedback.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree completed within the last 12 months in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, Information Security, Data Science or a related field.
• Experience in lead generation, fundraising or pitching ideas, such as an internship, capstone project or campus role.
• Strong verbal and written skills, able to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
• Comfortable making initial contact by phone, email and social media and presenting to small groups.
• Ability to handle several assignments, prioritize and meet deadlines.
• Willingness to travel up to 25% of the time to client meetings, user groups and industry events.
• Eligible to work in the country of employment and available to start full-time within 1-2 months.

Required skills

• Familiarity with CRM or pipeline-tracking tools.
• Microsoft Office or Google Workspace for presentations, spreadsheets and reports.
• Foundational knowledge of AI, data analytics, cloud and security concepts.
