About the role

Join EY’s Assurance Audit Graduate Programme in Abu Dhabi, designed for UAE nationals who have recently graduated in Accounting or Finance. You will work within the Audit service line, supporting external audit engagements and gaining hands‑on experience with leading clients.

Required skills

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting or Finance completed within the past 18 months.
• Basic understanding of Auditing, Accounting, and Financial Reporting Standards.
• Ability to understand, document, evaluate and provide insights on financial accounting processes such as financial statement close, strategic planning, and budget setting.
