Audi Certified Repair Technician – Level 2

About the role

We are looking for a skilled Audi Repair Technician (Level 2) to join our workshop team. You will diagnose, repair and service a full range of Audi vehicles, ensuring every customer receives top‑class service and safety standards.

Key responsibilities

• Use diagnostic equipment and a systematic approach to identify vehicle faults and verify repairs through road‑testing.
• Overhaul, repair and re‑assemble complex mechanical components, including wheel alignment, to the highest quality standards and agreed timescales.
• Identify warranty‑eligible work, complete all required documentation and coordinate with the warranty department.
• Maintain workshop housekeeping, follow safe working practices and contribute to continuous improvement ideas.
• Complete service documentation such as job sheets, PDI reports and service reports in line with dealer and warranty requirements.

• Passionate automotive professional with a strong commitment to quality, safety and customer satisfaction.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced workshop environment and collaborate effectively with Service Advisors and fellow technicians.
• Willingness to pursue continuous learning on new Audi technologies and product lines.
