Audit & Assurance Manager – Bilingual Arabic

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Audit & Assurance Manager who is fluent in Arabic and English to lead audit engagements, manage teams, and maintain strong client relationships while ensuring compliance with IFRS, ISA and UAE regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Manage audit and assurance engagements from planning through completion.
• Develop audit strategies, risk assessments, audit programs and engagement plans.
• Review financial statements, audit working papers and documentation.
• Ensure compliance with IFRS, ISA and UAE regulatory requirements.
• Identify financial and operational risks and evaluate internal controls.
• Supervise, coach and review the work of audit teams.
• Manage engagement budgets, deadlines and overall audit quality.
• Communicate audit findings and recommendations to clients and senior management.
• Support business development activities and identify opportunities for additional services.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Auditing or a related field.
• Professional qualification such as CA, ACCA, CPA, ACA preferred.
• 7–10 years of relevant audit experience, including 2–3 years in a managerial role.
• Fluency in Arabic and English is mandatory.
• UAE/GCC audit experience highly desirable.

Required skills

• Strong knowledge of IFRS.
• Proficiency with International Standards on Auditing (ISA).
• Experience with audit methodology and financial reporting.
